Newyorkmailbox.com is a total fraud. I took their service and got scammed at last. Not only me, there are many others who got scammed by this company. The owner of newyorkmailbox.com, Swetu, is a con artist who got convicted several times in the past. If you see the track record of this person, you will see like newyorkmailbox.com he was involved in many other scams. From service holder to business, almost everyone lost money to him. In addition, Swetu is a hot headed and ill mannered person. He and his company newyorkmailbox.com both are unprofessional.

I personally dealt with Swetu and newyorkmailbox.com, I lost some valuable papers related to my business that costs me a lot later. They even stole the payments given by my buyers. At last they just denied providing any service as promised.

My business is mostly exporting goods, thus, receiving bond, check, and payments are nothing new to me. Export business takes a long time for maintenance and management, so it’s really difficult for me to manage some free time to go to bank on a regular basis to receive payments, check etc. For this reason, I was looking forward to have a way to get all of these forwarded to me directly, then I found newyorkmailbox.com

I contacted newyorkmailbox.com to learn the detail of their service. The owner, Swetu, replied me informing all my documents or payments will be transferred to me as soon as they are received. Also newyorkmailbox.com will take the whole responsibility of my checks or payments. I believed his words and decided to open an account with them.

Within few days I paid for one of the newyorkmailbox.com accounts. For first two months there no disturbance all my mails, checks, and payments were forwarded to me quickly and safely. Then I noticed a little bit of delay in forwarding, but I didn’t give it any special importance by thinking I am receiving everything safely. But the situation became serious after one and half month, when it came to my concern there is something missing which I was supposed to receive by now. It was from one of my Japanese importer who sent me a mail describing the details of next shipment. Additionally, a check of advance payment of $10000 was also included within.

I didn’t have any idea about the order, this came to my concern only when one day, my Japanese buyer, Mr. Tokuma, called me to know the current status of his order, as well as why there is no reply from my side yet? For a moment I was totally speechless, how it’s possible if he places an order, and I still don’t know that. Immediately I picked the phone and contacted newyorkmailbox.com   They claimed there is no mail or check available in their hand like Mr. Tokuma sent. As I demand a throughout checking, they refused saying, it’s not possible to allot all time for a particular customer. Maybe, my client had done something wrong while sending the order, payment, said the newyorkmailbox.com official. Regarding this, I contacted Mr. Tokuma straight away. Then he faxed me a copy of the delivery status of the shipment. The tracking report of FedEx exactly showed that the delivery was received by newyorkmailbox.com

There was no doubt newyorkmailbox.com didn’t delivery me the order, or they failed. Cloud of confusion started to rise in my mind, so I ordered my assistant to contact and gather information of all mails, payment, and checks sent to me within last two months. Two days later, my assistant reported me back with several missing document, payment, mail, and check. Therefore, I was certain that newyorkmailbox.com is messing up with my account. I directly phoned the owner, Swetu. I explained him everything, but he ignored all of my chargers. Also, he rudely told that they never received anything which I am missing; if something is missing, it’s my clients fault not his company’s. From my side, I made sure I have all the proofs to show. And again I demanded a complete audit and investigations on my account. At this point Swetu was completely furious and told me to keep my mouth shut. He completely refused to help me.

After this incidence, I had no doubt I go scammed by newyorkmailbox.com They stole my valuable checks, mails, and payment. Furthermore, they insulted me when I accused them.  Be careful about newyorkmailbox.com and its owner Swetu.
