Newyorkmailbox.com is a mail forwarding service provider, but from the beginning their quality of service is in doubt with many customers complaining the company failed to deliver their valuable mails, checks and payments. This shows they have certain lacking in this field. Since a business immensely relies on the mails containing orders, or checks as a form of payment, negligence shouldn’t be tolerated at all. That’s why at first he advertises for Newyorkmailbox.com by alerting people about various benefits that can be achieved while taking the service of Newyorkmailbox.com
 

However, you will not get any of these advantages after paying for their service. They will try scamming you by not keeping your mail, or not delivering them to you. Then, this Swetu guy will change his voice entirely, asking you for extra charges. If you don’t follow his instructions, he’ll keep your valuable mails, checks and payment. Now you can understand Newyorkmailbox.com is a scam whose motive is to steal money from people.
 

Few days ago one of my friends fell in the trap made by Newyorkmailbox.com He is a busy person who was looking for something similar to the service offered by Newyorkmailbox.com What he missed was many people already got scammed by this company. I will call him unfortunate as there was not enough time left for him after daily works, to find a reliable and trustworthy company. Many complaint reviews are available online against Newyorkmailbox.com, but he missed them for the same reason. At last that cost him more than the time he saved.
 

Nonetheless, as he subscribed for the service of Newyorkmailbox.com, the mails and checks were forwarded to him regularly for first few days. Then there were some irregularities that were not easy to detect in a short notice. In this way 2-3 months were passed. Things started accumulating which means some of the persons with whom he dealt with called him and ask about their orders and payment. Then he called Newyorkmailbox.com and told everything. Right at that moment he didn’t lose belief on Newyorkmailbox.com; he thought there might be some kind of mistake or misunderstanding between them. According to the customers support, there was no irregularity found. Thus, he demanded further checking but the support staff denied his demand straightaway. Anyhow, he called Swetu and explained everything in detail. Swetu didn’t give any response regarding this, and suggested to call him after an hour or two. He was busy by then, told Swetu. My friend called Swetu again after 3 hours later, but there was no response from the other side. He was told that Swetu is still busy and engaged in a meeting. When he called Swetu for the last time on this day, he was gone home by then without calling back my friend, though my friend left a message.
 

Since there was no response from either Swetu or Newyorkmailbox.com, my friend visited Swetu’s office the few days later. He was made waiting for two hours. At any rate, he met Swetu and explained everything once again. At first, Swetu replied the same as his support staff did and told Newyorkmailbox.com is a skilled and responsible company. So, he can’t blame the company. My friend was expecting something like this, so he was prepared; thus, showing his clients’ receipt of sent mails, payments and checks.
 

After that, Swetu apologized and promised him to do investigation on the matter. The next day, Swetu himself called my friend and told they accidently didn’t keep some of his mails and checks. My friend became furious, and asked immediately for compensation. Swetu did apologize but he strictly denied any chance of compensation for his company’s misdeed. Being impatient, my friend told that then at least refund me the subscription fee for mail forwarding service. This time Swetu behaved rudely with him and threat him to not forward the rest of the mails that are yet to be delivered.
