Few months ago I dealt with a company
called New York Mailbox. This company is no good. They just keep clients’ mail,
checks and payments without forwarding them. The official website of this
company is newyorkmailbox.com, and the owner is Swetu. About that Swetu I had
not enough knowledge. Later I had learned that he is a scammer who scammed many
others like me. When you first meet Swetu, he will try to present himself as a
good and honest entrepreneur. Gradually you will come to know about his motive.
His motive is stealing people’s valuable checks and payments. Newyorkmailbox.com
is just a platform made in the intention of scamming people. There is no way
that you can rely on newyorkmailbox.com
When I first signed up with newyorkmailbox.com,
I was told all my mails or payments will be forwarded to me on time. As well as
that the chance of missing or dropping any mail or payment is nearly zero. They
are outstanding in their field. The team of staff they got as well as their
work policy is based upon skill and punctuality. However, for the first few
months I received my mails and payments regularly. Then I noticed irregularity
in their mail delivery service. At the beginning, few mails and payments of
mine were slipped away without catching my notice but at a point they totally
stopped delivering any mails or payments. This is when they were exposed. I

staff their informed me that they will evaluate my complaint, and then I will
be informed about the result. As I told, I waited for about a week, but there

informing everything. Although I would be angry, I remained calm hoping that
Swetu will solve this for me. After listening everything he apologized for the
inconvenience and promised me to deliver a report within next few days. Swetu
kept his promise, on the second day of meeting Swetu an official from
newyorkmailbox.com called. Though Swetu kept his promise, it came as another
disaster for me. According to the official some of mails and payments are found
but they can’t be forwarded to me, since they are in their office for a
longtime, it is necessary to complete some formalities first. My recent mails
and payments will not be forwarded as well during this period told the
official. I replied I understood the
fact the missed mails and payments could take some processing but what’s wrong
with the currents. Is it a joke? The official just listened to my words but
didn’t say any word except ‘thanks’ and ‘bye’.
I couldn’t take it anymore; and
contacted Swetu to know what’s going on as well as to inform him about his
employee’s behavior. Swetu gave me a slight apology for his employee’s behavior
but he also echoed the words same to his employee’s. I sued him for being irresponsible
and told him that his company is not near to the level of service that it was
supposed to give. In one word newyorkmailbox.com is a failure. In future I will
think twice before renewing my contract with newyorkmailbox.com
Swetu was not a bit worried about what
I said. Indeed he told me that people like me will come and go, but there will
be no change in his business’s reputation. Fiercely I left his office without
saying a single word. Because I realized what this Swetu and his company
newyorkmailbox.com is up to. Moreover, newyorkmailbox.com never forwarded me
the mails and payments that were missed and the ones newly sent by my clients
abroad. This is how newyorkmailbox.com made me suffer and some others by
keeping mails and payments, without delivering them to their owner.
