It takes some verification before selecting a service for receiving and forwarding mail or payment. Unless you do the homework, it might cost you in falling in the wrong side. I was a victim of such a reckless mail forwarding service provider, and now I can differentiate between the right and wrong one. Here I am going to describe what happened in my case and on the basis of my experience that would be convenient for someone to select the right provider. To know everything in detail, keep reading.

I run a mini business in NY. Though the production is not large scaled, the business got many potentials. Besides, I always try to treat my clients in a way that they always feel complete satisfaction. Meeting deadline and maintaining quality, these two are the way to success for any business, I believe. This is also important to stay one step ahead of your competitors. As days were passing by, both the reputation and workload of the company were moving upward. I was receiving orders from many other persons or companies far away from my location, although mine is mainly NY based business. At a point, the task to handle every work like receiving payment or mail each time they arrive became quite difficult for me. This is when I felt the necessity to subscribe for a mail forwarding service. I found http://newyorkmailbox.com/ on Google search and their offer seemed reasonable to me. I gave up further searching by thinking it is well enough. I didn’t check customer’s testimonial or review on this company. This was a great mistake. My primary tip is that never ever forget to check out for reviews on a company before hiring. All the facts, good and bad come in light when you devote time to know the real facts of a company. As this was unknown to me, I got scammed by newyorkmailbox.com. Later I found out there are many others who also got scammed by newyorkmailbox.com, but it was too late by then.

However, I directly contacted the owner of newyorkmailbox.com to make sure the service will be viable for my business. Mr. Swetu assured over and over about his company’s reliability. In his own words, dealing with newyorkmailbox.com makes one’s life easier than that anyone could think of. They are the most efficient and fastest forwarder in the market, he also added. His words won my trust and the next day I subscribed for their service. My mind was joyous of thinking that my mail and payment are in the right hand. And no need to be worried about their forwarding. Newyorkmailbox.com will forward all the mails and payments (checks) on time; I thought. In addition to that, the owner Swetu himself gave me words to ensure dependable service at any cost. For first few months the flow of forwarding mails and checks were as expected. But then there was an interruption. Suddenly newyorkmailbox.com started forwarding my mails or payments lately. Nevertheless, I didn’t give it too much notice thinking I am receiving all the mails and payments. This was just enough for me.

But at one stage, the situation was so worse that they totally stopped forwarding any of my mail or checks. Then I had no other way left except contacting newyorkmailbox.com As soon as newyorkmailbox.com was informed about the stoppage of forwarding to me, they asked me for two days to complete a short investigation. There was no way that I wait for another two days as the missed checks and mails were killing my business. Apart from this my clients were frequently calling me about the status of their order. Thus, I explained that to the official from newyorkmailbox.com why this not possible for me to wait for two more days. But the official was remained rigid with his statement. At any rate, after two days of so called investigation what they told me was no good; they can’t release my mails and checks right at that moment told the official. I was disappointed and called Swetu, but he just told the same as what his official did. That means he has no intention to release my valuable mails and checks. Even though I informed him that my business is suffering for it, there was no change of mind from Swetu’s side. Now my question to the readers is, is not it illegal?
